Kennewick School District’s Academic Student Well-Being Recovery Plan is an iterative process that will be implemented in three phases based on student needs identified through diagnostic assessments. The plan is based on a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Districts are required to complete the plan in order to access Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding.
